Her consulting experience spans a broad range of organizations, sectors and sizes including large scale change and transition with public and private sector employers in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia and California; education, industry, agriculture and oil and gas. She has proven expertise in executive search, career guidance and transition, change management, employee engagement, leadership and board development, organizational effectiveness, performance management and succession planning.

Admin, MBA, Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Human Resources and Certified Management Consultant & Certified Health Executive Professional Designations, along with many certifications in the fields of Return on Investment, ColourSpectrums™, Achieve Global, LEAN methodologies, health care and facilitation techniques. She volunteers her time as Alberta Director for the Canadian College of Health Leaders, President of the Alberta Council of Women’s Shelters, Director of PolicyWise, and Director for Red Deer Hospice Society. In addition, she sits on a number of national committees and advisory panels regarding the development of common leadership competencies in public sector. In 2015, Brenda received the Women of Excellence Award in Central Alberta for her work in Health, Wellness and Human Services in Alberta.
